Refund Policy

Exchanges

We accept all exchanges (customer is responsible for return shipping) within 15 days of shipping date. A 10% restocking fee will be charged automatically for any exchanges that are not received within the 15 day mark.

Refunds (if applicable)
A 15% restocking fee will be charged automatically for any returns for refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

International
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Tombstone Boots is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
